For every $5 you contribute monetarily or via in-kind donations…
…our entire staff can spend 10 more minutes with our students.
…a scholarship recipient can spend another hour learning.
…our rehearsal space is ours for 1 hour and 40 more minutes.

Heartstrings Theatre Inc (EIN 85-3812413) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All donations made to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted under US law.

Urgent requests
By 3/7: food for 20 students and 4 staff - 25 total servings

Rehearsal/tech week meals
Our rehearsals during tech week run from 4:30pm - 8pm from Monday - Wednesday, which means that we need dinner for each cast for three days per tech week. Donating meals that can feed a large group keeps our kids fed and focused while giving them a treat to look forward to during the hardest part of the show process.
Non-perishable foods and items
The recent cuts to SNAP and the resulting worries has made ensuring that our kids are fed during evening rehearsals especially urgent. We’ve expanded our efforts into creating a pantry so that they don’t have to worry, and we don’t have to worry about them.

Other useful items include bandaids, chewable multivitamins, lip balm/chapstick, feminine products, tissues, wet wipes, and mints.
